While keeping in view the elements of absurdity, the study focuses the analysis of Samuel Beckett’s play “Waiting for Godot” and Camus’ novel “The Outsider”. The artistic features of these works such as title, setting, structure, theme, characters and actions/dialogues are overviewed through the lens of absurdity. Both of the texts have these issues in some proportion with different contexts but many similarities. The absurdity appeared was in the form of meaninglessness of life without any goal and purpose, chaos in life, love for death and emotional and spiritual barren characte..
